Customer Experience & Sales Consultant

Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving commercial growth by managing the end-to-end shipment lifecycle. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and global service centers. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining operational expertise with a commercial mindset to create value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience by managing the full shipment lifecycle and resolving service issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including offshore service teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, reactivation of dormant accounts, and targeted sales campaigns
  • Promote and sell the full range of products and services to maximize profitability
  • Understand customer business drivers and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline, segmentation, and forecasting with accuracy
  • Handle incoming service queries and manage exceptions with agility and professionalism

Your profile

You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving commercial success. You thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoy solving challenges with a customer-first mindset. Your ability to communicate clearly and prioritize effectively makes you a reliable partner for both customers and colleagues.

Moreover, you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in export/import operations within the logistics industry
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and experience in customer-facing roles
  • Are proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Speak and write Turkish and English fluently
