CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR — MILLION MILE MOTORS (MARIETTA)

$16–$18/hour PLUS $50 bonus per shown-and-sold appointment. Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM. Full-time, in-person.

Million Mile Motors is a family-owned used car dealership in Marietta. We're hiring a brand-new role: the first person every customer sees when they walk in our doors. If you're a friendly, organized people-person who genuinely enjoys making strangers feel welcome — keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet every customer who walks in — warmly, by name when possible, in English or Spanish
• Check each visitor in via DealerCenter on a tablet at the front desk
• Notify the assigned sales rep by text within 60 seconds of arrival — every time
• Run the waiting area: water, coffee, snacks, kids' activities, clean and welcoming
• Track every walk-in: who came, who they saw, what happened
• Follow up next day with anyone who left without buying — a friendly call or text to invite them back
• Coordinate appointments coming in from BDC, Lead Machine, and walk-ins
• Work directly with our sales managers to make sure no customer feels forgotten

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Friendly, professional, and good with people
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — about half our customers prefer Spanish
• Comfortable with phone and tablet apps (we'll train you on DealerCenter and Podium)
• Reliable — Tuesday through Saturday, on time, every shift
• Calm under pressure (Saturdays get busy)
• Customer service or hospitality background a plus (restaurant, hotel, retail, front desk) — but the right personality matters more than the resume
• 18+ with reliable transportation

WHY THIS JOB PAYS WELL

On top of your hourly, you earn $50 every time an appointment YOU booked walks in AND drives away in a sold vehicle that same day. A solid week of 6–8 shown-and-sold appointments puts an extra $300–$400 in your pocket. The harder you work the front, the more you make. No cap.
