Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or digital channels

• Provide professional and accurate customer support

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Monitor service performance and operational standards

• Support customer experience improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to deliver efficient service operations

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Contact Center environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with CRM or Contact Center systems is a plus

• Arabic and/or English communication skills
