Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Modeling, and ETL solutions/projects
-
Proficient in relational database concepts and languages such as SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL
-
Experience or knowledge in Big Data and Open Source technologies is a plus
-
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems, identify relevant data, make assumptions, and deliver actionable insights
-
Skilled in defining KPI strategies, growth opportunities, time series analysis, and data visualization
-
Experience with persona analysis and customer journey mapping methodologies
-
Proficient in at least one data modeling or analytics tool such as SAS, KNIME,PBI, Python, or R
-
Solid command of Microsoft Office applications
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present data-driven information clearly and professionally
-
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
-
Self-motivated, proactive, with a creative and problem-solving approach, open to innovation and continuous learning
-
Fluent in English
What do we expect you to bring?

Act as an Analytics Translator by converting complex data into actionable insights accessible to all stakeholders
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, track and quantify data, and develop a shared understanding of KPIs
-
Provide ad-hoc analysis and build automated dashboards to offer clear visibility into business performance
-
Develop deep analytical insights into the drivers of product growth and identify areas for improvement
-
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of loyalty programs, analyzing user behavior through customer segmentation, RFM, and cohort analyses
-
Monitor loyalty campaign performance, design A/B tests, and generate valuable insights for continuous improvement
-
Prepare regular dashboards and reports using data visualization tools for various business units
-
Build predictive models such as churn analysis, CLV estimation, and user lifecycle forecasting
-
Partner closely with CX and Marketing teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns
-
Aggregate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive dashboards and presentations
-
Use customer insights and analytics to propose and implement strategic improvements
-
Analyze customer feedback, identify key trends and outliers, and derive actionable insights to enhance customer experience
-
Recommend data-driven changes to support strategic decision making and business growth
-
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and contribute to AI projects using Python and R
-
Support the development of communication strategies focused on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
-
Conduct market and sales forecasting studies and prepare detailed forecast analyses
