Customer Experience Executive (Restaurant Industry)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to ensure our guests receive exceptional service across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who understands restaurant operations, customer behavior, and brand experience, and can translate feedback into real improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, empathetic, and professional resolution of all customer complaints and service issues.
• Maintain an updated database of customer profiles, preferences, and order history to enhance personalization and loyalty.
• Conduct regular checks on service quality, dine-in standards, delivery experience, and overall customer journey across branches.
• Monitor online reviews, ratings, and social media feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a consistent and positive brand experience across all customer interactions.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting customer insights, recurring issues, satisfaction trends, and recommended improvements.
• Assist in training front-line staff on communication skills, service etiquette, complaint handling, and customer engagement.
• Ensure the overall vibe, ambiance, and service environment of the restaurants align with customer expectations and brand positioning.
• Work closely with management to develop initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or guest relations (restaurant/F&B) in UAE mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with online review platforms, delivery aggregator dashboards, and social media monitoring.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and customer behavior trends.
• Knowledge of marketing/customer analytics is a plus.
