We are currently looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Experience (CX) Manager / Customer Success Manager to join our growing organization.
Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and brand communities

Build customer engagement through online social groups and offline events

Manage and develop customer loyalty and engagement activities

Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Customers (KOC) to strengthen brand advocacy

Organize customer events, community activities, and brand experience projects
-
Support co-creation projects with customers including content, campaigns, and community initiatives
-
Develop and manage car-related products and lifestyle merchandise
-
Coordinate product promotion and sales activities through dealership networks and online platforms
-
Create new customer engagement opportunities to enhance overall brand experience

Prepare regular reports and analysis regarding customer engagement, community performance, campaign effectiveness, product sales, and customer feedback

Track customer trends, activity performance, and KOC contributions to support strategic decision-making

Work closely with internal departments and HQ teams for customer-focused projects and campaigns
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry and minimum 7-8 years of customer experience, customer success, community management, or business development

Experience in automotive accessories, lifestyle products, or retail business development is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in organizing customer events and managing communities/social groups

Analytical mindset with reporting and presentation skills

Creative mindset with strong customer orientation

Fluent in English

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Valid driver’s license is preferred
