We are hiring Customer Experience - QA Trainer

"Customer Experience - QA Trainer” will be responsible to devise departmental training strategy, identify and assess future and current training needs.

  • Develop and update training materials, modules, and documentation for various stages of the product.
  • Introduce new hires to relevant frameworks, industry best practices, and organizational processes.
  • Develop and deliver training modules on quality assurance processes.
  • Provide Insights & Guide teams on effective strategies and methodologies.
  • Educate teams on market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback importance.
  • Collect feedback from training sessions and use it to enhance for further improvement and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methodologies into training materials.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on quality assurance, auditing processes, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires in the related departments.
  • Provide hands-on training on communication skills, including handling inbound calls, client interactions, and internal communication.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback on a weekly basis to upper management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and continuously improve training materials and programs.
  • Collaborate with call center management to identify training needs, develop strategies to address them, and maintain internal support and quality assurance standards.

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and analytical skills for reporting
  • Ability to handle pressure in complex situations
  • Strong grip on presentation skills for delivering trainings

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience:

2 to 3 years, in a similar or relevant role.
