We are hiring Customer Experience - QA Trainer
"Customer Experience - QA Trainer” will be responsible to devise departmental training strategy, identify and assess future and current training needs.
- Develop and update training materials, modules, and documentation for various stages of the product.
- Introduce new hires to relevant frameworks, industry best practices, and organizational processes.
- Develop and deliver training modules on quality assurance processes.
- Provide Insights & Guide teams on effective strategies and methodologies.
- Educate teams on market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback importance.
- Collect feedback from training sessions and use it to enhance for further improvement and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methodologies into training materials.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on quality assurance, auditing processes, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires in the related departments.
- Provide hands-on training on communication skills, including handling inbound calls, client interactions, and internal communication.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback on a weekly basis to upper management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and continuously improve training materials and programs.
- Collaborate with call center management to identify training needs, develop strategies to address them, and maintain internal support and quality assurance standards.

Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience:
2 to 3 years, in a similar or relevant role.
