Customer Experience Representative

Dynamic Air Quality Solutions is a manufacturing company headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. From homes and apartments to anthrax clean-ups and the world’s most valuable art collection, Dynamic systems are in hundreds of thousands of buildings around the world, ensuring the highest level of air quality, while providing energy and operational savings.

We are currently looking for an energetic and customer focused professional to add to our Customer Experience Team!

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven customer service experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge is necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes

The Customer Experience Representative:

• Provides customer service and assistance to customers and other departments.
• Answers the phone and provides counter assistance by answering questions and providing information, researching billings or other data, taking payments for services, processing the information and printing receipts, and entering required data into electronic systems.
• Expected to consistently perform daily tasks, requiring strict schedule adherence, while allowing schedule flexibility to meet business needs.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Including but not limited to: assisting in the warehouse when needed.

Education and Experience requirements:

· At least 2 years of Customer Service experience required.

· A high school diploma or equivalency.

· College degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits: Pay is commensurate with experience and market reflective. Dynamic AQS offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, paid time off, holiday pay and 401(k) with Voya.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
