We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken B2B Sales & Client Support Coordinator to support our sales team and manage relationships with corporate clients including banks, exchange houses, and financial institutions.
You will handle inquiries, coordinate quotations & deliveries, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth client experience from first contact to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound B2B inquiries and follow-ups (email, WhatsApp, phone)
- Share product details, pricing, and proposals professionally
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and business documents
- Coordinate deliveries, installations & service requests with operations team
- Track orders, payments, and client communication in CRM
- Assist sales team with client meetings, demos, and reporting
- Maintain organized records of clients, leads, and pipeline activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication — written & spoken
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales coordination / client support
- Strong admin, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks professionally
- Fast learner with ability to understand product and technical features
Preferred Experience
- Banking, forex exchange, fintech hardware, or B2B equipment sales support
- Working with corporate procurement teams or institutional clients
