Our team consists of experienced real estate consultants, legal advisors, and administrative staff, working hand in hand to provide our clients with smooth and transparent experience. Whether it's an off-plan investment, a holiday apartment, a family home, or a long-term rental, we take care of every detail.

As a growing company with a motivated international team, we are looking for another Sales Administrator to join the back-office team and who shares our passion for client service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Support the sales team with documentation, reservation forms, and SPA coordination.

Ø Organize client data and project-related files using CRM and Excel.

Ø Schedule appointments between agents, clients, developers, and authorities.

Ø Track sales progress, payment milestones, and administrative tasks.

Ø Prepare and distribute documents such as POAs, payment plans, and welcome packs.

Ø Communicate professionally with developers, clients, and service providers.

Ø Assist in onboarding new clients and support daily team operations.

Ø Ensure internal deadlines are met and processes are followed consistently.

Requirements:

Ø Prior experience in real estate, administration, or sales support — preferably in the UAE.

Ø Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Ø Fluent in English

Ø Ability to work independently.
