Position Summary
We are seeking a polished, high-performing Manager of Client Experience & Sales to lead and elevate the full client journey across all locations. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing front-of-house performance, and developing a highly skilled, sales-focused team. This role will additionally lead, coach, and develop Medical Assistants, ensuring competency, performance excellence, and alignment with clinical and client care standards,
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is passionate about coaching teams, exceeding sales goals, and delivering a consistently elevated experience.
What You Will Own
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Lead all front-end revenue-driving activities, including booking, rebooking, and service upgrades
- Drive performance against key metrics including conversion rate, average ticket value, and client retention
- Coach teams to confidently recommend treatments, packages, and memberships
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through client experience enhancements and sales strategy
- Establish a culture of accountability and performance excellence
Luxury Client Experience
- Set and uphold the standard for a high-touch, personalized client journey across all locations
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring white-glove resolution
- Train teams on elevated communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the Luminare brand—professional, polished, and results-driven
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk teams and Medical Assistants across all locations
- Hire, onboard, and train top-tier talent with a focus on both service excellence and sales performance
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning
- Foster a motivated, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Maintain strong staffing coverage and step in as needed to support operations
Operational Excellence
- Oversee front desk workflows, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and professionalism
- Partner with clinical teams to ensure seamless daily flow and exceptional client care
- Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Ensure all environments are consistently clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Support payroll, scheduling, and inventory coordination as needed
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with leadership on promotions, events, and growth initiatives
- Support in-spa events and client engagement strategies
- Monitor online reputation and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth (required)
- Strong background in client experience, hospitality, or luxury service environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Confident communicator with strong presence and professionalism
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or retail is preferred
