Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your ability to handle inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain positive client relationships will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide clear resolutions to customers.
• Manage multiple browsers and systems efficiently to gather and relay information.
• Ensure accurate email correspondence and follow-ups to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first approach, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve challenging cases.
• Document interactions and solutions thoroughly to ensure seamless communication across teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in handling multiple browsers and navigating systems efficiently.
• Strong written communication skills for effective email correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer success and satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
