Are you a customer champion who knows how to drive revenue?
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist with a proven Sales background to join our team in Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role, you will bridge the gap between relationship-building and business growth, ensuring our clients receive world-class service while identifying new expansion opportunities.

Location: KSA (Saudi Arabia), fully remote.

What You Will Do
Own the Journey: Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
Drive Growth: Utilize your sales mindset to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities naturally.
Solve & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with speed and empathy.
Analyze Insights: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and service delivery.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the KSA market and local business culture.
Language: Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM tracking capabilities.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
