Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Executive to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues via email in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Email or Chat Support / Call Center.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
