Customer Experience Specialist – Email Support

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Executive to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues via email in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service issues.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Email or Chat Support / Call Center.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
