Customer Experience Team Associate

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Most Excellent Customer Experience Team Associate to assist customers during their awesome experience with our products and organization. This is done by answering queries and complaints in a calm and professional manner. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. You will need to have computer navigation and basic problem solving skills. Through all of these, you will instill fun and joy into your work and the organization.

Objectives:

  • To be a productive member of the most radically talented CX team in US home goods.
  • To gather front-line customer data for our marketing engine.
  • To drive the closing of sales through incredible helpfulness.
  • To produce happy customers.
  • To assist our warehouse manager with shipping and tracking packages to our most awesome customers

Responsibilities:

  • shift: Monday through Thursday 7am-1pm OR 8am-2pm AND every other Friday (24-28 hours per week).
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and survey reviews.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our RAD products inside and out to enhance each customer’s experience.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and other departments to better serve our customers.
  • Collaborating with production departments to fulfill orders and inquiries.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Achieving customer satisfaction goals with the team.
  • Assisting with shipping in the warehouse
  • Assist other departments in their responsibilities, particularly fulfillment and sales.
  • Maintain a clean working environment and upkeep on cleaning assignments.
  • Keep up to date records / data entry
  • Potential face to face customer interaction / showroom representative
  • Participating in Break The Monotony (BTM) experiences with the customer service team.
  • Creating and obtaining Objective and Key Results (OKR) within the customer service department.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service, preferred.
  • Proficient in word processing and computer skills.
  • Experience in customer service software, preferred.
  • Experience with content creation.
  • Experience in communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
