What You’ll Do:


  • Manage customer and warehouse partner accounts end-to-end
  • Ensure timely collections and handle overdue payments effectively
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new customers/partners
  • Drive retention and recurring sales within your portfolio
  • Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams
  • Provide weekly performance and portfolio updates to management


What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in collections and client engagement
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel reporting
  • Prior team lead experience is a plus
