Customer Experience Team Member

Sports Vape is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who is excited to join our team and is interested in helping our locally owned store in Grand Forks, ND. This is a part-time position that requires a physical presence.

Position Summary:

The Sports Vape Customer Experience Specialist assists the team in helping our customers find the best product for their needs. They will also assist with inventory intake, organizing shelves and cases, maintaining a family friendly work/sales environment, and improving their own product knowledge and training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with specific and general questions
• Modify product layouts
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Intake inventory
• Learn about products and increase applicable knowledge
• Restock products
• Operate cash register for both opening and closing shifts
• Answer questions over the phone

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old or older
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Retail sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with products and use of products
• Ability to handle conflict and customer frustrations
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
