As a Customer Happiness Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience for patients and their relatives before, during, and after medical consultations. You will act as the key point of contact, providing timely assistance, clear communication, and excellent customer service to support patient satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with patients and their relatives to schedule and confirm doctor-on-call appointments.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about services, consultation procedures, and doctor arrival timelines.
  • Assist relatives with pre-consultation requirements, documentation, and formalities.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict confidentiality of information.
  • Act as a liaison between doctors, patients, and relatives to ensure smooth communication.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with patients and relatives to ensure service quality and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare coordination (doctor-on-call or telemedicine experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong customer-focused attitude with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and customer support.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare or booking systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
