Customer Operations Executive

Location: Lahore
Age Requirement: Up to 25 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring smooth service operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and account information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding ongoing cases or service requests.
  • Ensure all customer dealings are handled with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow company policies and SOPs to meet service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Local resident of Lahore (mandatory).
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, email handling).
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
