About This Opportunity:
InComm Benefits is a rapidly growing employee benefits payments business at InComm Payments, driving innovation in products such as HSA’s, FSA’s and HRA's. This position is in our Operations team that handles various tasks involving debit card processing, bank account transactions, and investments, per strict regulatory guidelines. We seek people with strong analytical and communication skills and a high level of attention to detail and quality assurance. As an Operations Associate I you will be trained to execute a wide range of duties that are needed for servicing our customers — employees (we call them members) and employers. On any day, you will likely work on a mix of tasks such as those noted below - all with speed and accuracy -
Responsibilities:
  • Data processing using the InComm Benefits software for products such as HSA and FSA
  • Configuration and change management for various products and accounts
  • Managing account lifecycle tasks such as KYC or account closures
  • Processing account transfers from/to other administrators
  • Processing and/or auditing various payments (ACH, checks, wires)
  • Processing documents received from members in various electronic formats
  • Assistance in tasks related to reimbursement claims from members
  • Assistance in extracting data or report generation using internal tools and/or Excel
Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service / customer operations experience, preferably in software services, financial services, insurance or a related field
  • Able to work in a small team environment.
  • Able to prioritize open requests and tasks independently.
  • Relevant Associate degree preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data manipulation.
  • Able to perform job functions without direct assignment.
Must have
  • Knowledge of HSAs, FSAs and HRAs
  • Back office operations work history
  • Cognizance of information security and privacy practices
Pluses to have
  • Zendesk and Jira experience
  • Training experience
