Requirements

Min 2 years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning or related,

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, industrial engineering is preferred,
-
Proficient in using MS Office applications and SAP,
-
Solid problem-solving skills and result oriented approach,
-
Analytic approach and strong data analysis,
-
Experience in deep dive root causing,
-
Good communication skills, ownership and eager to learn and discover new processes,
-
Team-oriented ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
-
Responsible from order management process of domestic market (Order to Cash) to maintain targeted service levels (OTIF, Order Fulfillment) with predefined order rules, order flow with the best optimized inventory levels and order life cycle,

Efficiently answer to the commercial team & clients' requirements (deadlines, shortages, information) in accordance with the sales, planning and category teams, and the physical distribution ,
-
Have a key role to clarify the root cause, develop corrective actions and ensure the continuity & improvement of service,
-
Lead the development of value-added solutions for customers from forecast planning to order execution,
-
Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back-office processes from customer order to receiving of shipment,
-
Maintain continous improvement approach, provide feedbacks to management, offer solutions on order management issues,
-
Complete understanding of the ERP allocation principles and make sure order supply allocation is made in accordance with the Service Level Strategy for both commercial and non commercial product groups,
-
Proactive action taking to correct the supply discrepencies among orders, reporting issues to technical team and follow up till solution,
-
Make sure all stakeholders are updated as per deviations in the plan, offer solution to reduce the impact for the customer satisfaction and Service Level measures,
-
Being aware of the inventory targets, work closely with Market Planning team in management of stock shortages and reserves for all products groups,
-
Alligning the Supply Planning team according to the service level agreements with the TR Wholesale customers,
-
Participate in process improvement projects, lead supply allocation related subjects,
-
Reporting, root causing and action planning of supply based key preformance indicators as OF and OTIF,
-
Supporting Customer Order and Supply Management team on issues when service levels are at risk, provide back up.
