Your Daily Impact:

• Initiate connections via outbound calls and strategic emails to both new and current customers.
• Articulate the value of our services in a clear, compelling, and easy-to-digest manner.
• Actively listen to customer needs and efficiently transition valuable, qualified leads to our senior specialists.
• Manage necessary follow-up scheduling.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM.
• Collaborate smoothly with Marketing and Service teams to ensure a consistent customer journey.
• Deliver an exceptional, positive, and polished customer experience on every touchpoint.

Who You Are:

• A fresh graduate or someone with up to 6 months of initial professional experience (a bonus!).
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Inherently friendly, confident, and driven to absorb new skills.
• Completely comfortable with a routine involving high-volume calls and emails.
• Proficient in basic computer and standard communication platforms.
• Highly organized, reliable, and excellent at managing multiple tasks.
