Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential and existing customers.
• Share clear, simple details about our services.
• Understand customer needs and forward qualified leads to senior team members.
• Schedule follow-up calls when required.
• Keep accurate interaction records in the CRM.
• Work with the marketing and service teams to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 6 months of experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and open to learning.
• Comfortable with regular calling and emailing.
