We’re Hiring – Customer Premises Associate

Location: Bahawalnagar
Salary: PKR 40,000 (Basic) + Performance-Based Commission

Are you a technically skilled field professional with a passion for customer service? Join our growing telecom operations team and work on last-mile connectivity solutions at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and activation of broadband/internet equipment at customer premises
• On-site troubleshooting of connectivity and network-related issues
• Ensure service quality and timely resolution of customer complaints
• Educate customers on proper usage and basic maintenance of installed services
• Maintain accurate service reports and daily field activity records
• Coordinate with technical support teams for escalations when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• DAE / Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or Networking
• Basic understanding of fiber, broadband, routers, modems, and LAN/WAN concepts
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to perform field visits across Bahawalnagar
• Fresh candidates with technical education are encouraged to apply
