Customer Project Manager
to lead the delivery and deployment of Mobile Radio Access Networks (RAN) for strategic customers in Oman.
In this role, you will have end-to-end accountability for complex network rollout projects — balancing contractual, financial, and operational commitments while building trusted relationships with the customer organization. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate a broad ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders.
The role reports to the Head of PMO in CU GULF.
What You Will Do

Define and maintain the project baseline: scope, schedule, resources, and governance

Lead planning, execution, and deployment of mobile radio network projects (RAN, 5G)

Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparency and trust

Track project progress; manage changes, risks, conflicts, and escalations

Lead and develop a diverse, technically skilled team

Coordinate across internal functions: Supply, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations

Manage external partners and third-party service providers

Own project financials: forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and margin

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, security, and anti-corruption standards

Support pre-sales and proposal activities when needed

Continuously improve project methods, tools, and ways of working
You Will Bring
Required:
-
+5 years of experience as a CPM
-
Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or equivalent practical experience
-
Proven experience delivering mobile network / RAN rollout projects, including 5G
-
Strong track record in customer-facing project leadership within complex environments

Ability to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across customers, teams, and suppliers

Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Clear communication, leadership, and influencing skills

Structured, proactive, and solution-focused approach

Fluency in English and Arabic
Advantageous:

Experience with operators in the Middle East

Background in network modernization, swap, or large-scale rollout programs
-
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification
-
Experience managing subcontractors and third-party suppliers
-
Familiarity with contract management and project sales processes
