Customer Quality Engineer

India

5+years experience in customer quality profile

Registering Customer complaints, analysing the complaints, making

the Corrective action,

  Updating PFMEA and Control Plan and providing the feedback to

Customers with c’measure sheet, 8 D, 5 WHY

 WHY sheet.

 Responsible for conducting & approval of PPAP.

 Developing documents like PFD, Control plan, FMEA, SPC along with

CFT.

 Responsible for handling customer audits like process & system

at the time new development stages.

 Conduct daily meeting with subordinates regarding customer

complaint and previous day internal quality

 issues

 Analysis of in house rejections (PPM),

Good knowledge of In-Process, Inward, Pre Dispatch Inspections.

 Handling of cost reduction activities.

 Quality Problem analysis through 7 QC Tools.

 Includes planning and executing projects from concept through the

launch and initial production ramp-up.

 Representing the monthly status of quality performance in monthly

quality review meeting.

 Handling of Manpower.

 Handling Customer PPAP, QC PROBLEMS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
