Job description:
Only for Females living in DHA.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Creating and updating expense reports
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
Must have own conveyance and can easily commute to DHA Phase 8.
