We are looking for a Customer Relations and Order Management Responsible to take part in Sisecam’s Ankara Factory located in Ankara. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations and Order Management position or After Sales Operations
• Preferably Deep understanding and experience of SAP ERP (SD) and SAP S4 HANA modules (CRM tools knowledge is a plus)
• Good command of English
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and a good team player
• Positive attitude, agile, ability to multi-task and act proactively and well self-motivated

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out activities to meet customer needs in line with the determined strategies
• Ensure communication with existing customers and develop relationships
• Receive customer requests and ensure that these requests are evaluated and converted into orders
• Enter system data for orders and follow up the process with relevant departments to ensure production planning
• Perform preparation, planning, and tracking of shipments related to orders
• Monitor customer payments and guarantee limit tracking
• Calculate customer premium entitlements and enter customer invoices
• Receive customer complaints, enter them into the system, and follow up according to the complaint evaluation process
• Conduct and report sales analyses for customers and provide feedback on customer performance
• Perform competitor, market, and product analyses
• Research potential customers to increase market share within the framework of corporate culture and market/customer policies
• Deliver presentations to customers about the company/brand/products
