Customer Relations & Business Development Executive

WE are a global leader in interactive education and business solutions. As WE continue to expand our international footprint, we are looking for a confident and results-oriented Customer Relations & Business Development Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. This role is central to building strong global client relationships, driving business growth, and converting prospects into long-term partners.

Your Role

In this position, you will work at the intersection of sales and client success. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Trial teams to expand our global client base through the following responsibilities:

  • Global Market Expansion: Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Virtual Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and service demonstrations via Zoom and other virtual platforms.
  • Solution Selling: Understand unique client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Work with trial and support teams to ensure a smooth transition and a positive initial experience for new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships while confidently handling objections and negotiations.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly business development and revenue targets.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Share insights, client feedback, and potential growth opportunities with internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer relations, business development, or international sales (B2B experience is a plus). Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in using Zoom and hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, organized, and highly target-focused.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for international communication.

  • Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: In person (Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi)
  • Residence: Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
