RocK'n F is hiring a Customer Relations Coordinator! This is similar to Inside Sales support position. This person will be expected to provide support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the company is able to meet its growth targets.
Work Location: In person *This is not a hybrid or remote position.*
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtaining customers, generating leads, and providing exceptional service.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing their daily work schedule to call on existing potential sales opportunities.
- Sales activity will include sales phone calls (cold calling), emails, contacts, and messages.
- Interpret and communicate information to internal dispatchers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Support other Account Managers by intaking loads/providing to dispatch, corresponding with customers on quotes.
- Other duties as required and assigned.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work within time-constraints, and thrive in fast paced environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous trucking/ freight knowledge and experience a plus but not required
