Customer Relations Executive (Night Shift, On-site)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time / Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Customer Relations Executive with a strong background in international sales and client onboarding. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting our services to global prospects, managing the onboarding process in collaboration with the trial team, and successfully converting leads into long-term paying clients. You will act as the key link between sales, onboarding, and client success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to international clients via Zoom and other virtual platforms.
• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate service offerings.
• Collaborate with the trial and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients during their trial period, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships, confidently handle objections, and guide clients toward closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and closing targets.
• Accurately document client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international sales, customer relations, or client onboarding—preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
• Confident presenter with experience using Zoom or other online meeting tools.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with trial and support teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Proficiency in CRM software and client tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
