Customer Relations Management Officer

Requirement: Arab nationals with proficiency in Qatari dialect

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics
