Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the catering team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage projects and event planning and execution, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales, kitchen, and service teams to coordinate event and project details.
  • Track client interactions and feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Nationality : Emirati
  • Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or hospitality, preferably in catering or events.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.
