Ameer Warraich Group of Travels is looking for a motivated and professional Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The role involves assisting clients with Umrah packages, travel bookings, and ticketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in dealing with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries related to Umrah and ticketing services.

Provide professional customer support and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct personal and follow-up calls to potential and existing clients.

Assist in processing bookings, reservations, and travel documentation.

Participate in training sessions to improve service quality.

Meet sales targets with commission-based incentives.

Requirements:

Female staff preferred

Good communication skills

Commitment for at least one season

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: 30,000 PKR + commission (per closed client)

Training provided by the company.
