What You’ll Do
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be one of the first voices our clients interact with. Your work ensures that people feel supported, understood, and taken care of from their first call until their service is complete.
Daily responsibilities include: • Answering and assisting clients by phone and email • Updating schedules and client accounts • Providing administrative support to managers • Documenting communication with clarity and accuracy • Routing pest sighting reports to technicians • Reviewing documents for accuracy • Processing invoices and payments • Helping with follow-ups and task management • Assisting with trainings and occasional events • Pitching in where needed — we’re a collaborative team
