Customer Relationship Agent - Evening shift

Seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel accommodations, answering questions about resorts and packages, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Requirments:

• Intermediate | O Level | Graduate.
• Fluency in English is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
