Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate to enhance client engagement and support long-term satisfaction. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams—ensuring smooth onboarding, continuous support, and consistent value delivery throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts while delivering prompt, professional communication.
- Work closely with client managers to understand client goals and propose personalized solutions.
- Manage and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Track account performance to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records through CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to fulfill client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends to offer relevant insights and suggestions.
- Support KPIs relating to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in client services, sales, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and client management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
