Customer Relationship Executive

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to aluminium doors and windows.
  • Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the sales/estimation team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Assist in after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by reaching out to leads and prospects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or client servicing (preferably in building materials/doors & windows/aluminium industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
