Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to aluminium doors and windows.
- Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the sales/estimation team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist in after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by reaching out to leads and prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or client servicing (preferably in building materials/doors & windows/aluminium industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
