Customer Relationship Executive(Female/Hybrid work mode)

Keeping customers updated about the orders.

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Identifying customer demands and requirements.

Coordinate with the operation, sales and production team

Customer satisfaction Payment Follow Up Coordinate logistics for product delivery.

Manage billing and shipment processes for international & Domestic clients.

Coordinate with third-party logistics companies for efficient logistics operations.

Oversee customer shipments and handle billing-related tasks.

Prepare and send invoices to clients, while monitoring and resolving billing issues as needed.

Knowledge of domestic and international export procedures or relevant experience.

For invoicing will give trainings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
