Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will be the voice and personality of HIVADO. You’ll interact directly with our customers, help them with their purchases, take feedback, solve problems, and make sure every person who connects with HIVADO walks away with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs/comments.
  • Confirm and track orders, follow up on abandoned checkouts, and assist in completing purchases.
  • Collect feedback and share valuable insights with internal teams.
  • Handle online reputation management across platforms like Amazon, Instagram, and review portals.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and tech teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Educate customers about product usage, benefits, and best-sellers.
  • Maintain detailed customer interaction logs and update CRM systems.
  • Be proactive in creating amazing customer experiences every day.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (fluency is non-negotiable).
  • Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
  • Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Amazon Seller Central (bonus).
  • Quick thinker with problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Tech-savvy, energetic, and self-motivated.

Preferred Profile

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or communications.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Someone who enjoys conversations, loves grooming and lifestyle brands, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
