Job Summary: As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic and customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
