JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and installers for solar inverter products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, production, service, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Support after-sales activities including service requests, warranty claims, and technical assistance coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems regularly.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve products and services.
• Ensure professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience at all stages.
