Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome and professionally engage with walk-in customers at the kiosk.

● Understand customer requirements related to company services, including but not limited to: ○ Business Setup Services ○ Golden Visa Services ○ PRO Services ○ Auditing & Accounting Services ○ Bookkeeping Services ○ Visa & Immigration-related services ○ And all other services offered by the company from time to time

● Ensure complete understanding of client needs across all current and future service offerings of the company.

● Accurately capture, record, and maintain customer details, inquiries, and requirements. ● Coordinate and direct clients to the relevant consultant or department based on their requirements.

● Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and basic customer follow-ups in a professional manner. ● Maintain and update client databases, lead sheets, or CRM records using Excel or internal systems.

● Ensure smooth kiosk operations and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

● Support in identifying potential leads and ensuring proper handover to consultants without missing opportunities.

Requirements

● Female candidate preferred. (Philippines preferrably)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Confident in handling face-to-face and telephonic customer interactions.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry/record management.

● Smart, presentable, and professional personality.

● Ability to quickly understand company services and explain them clearly to clients.

● Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience (Plus Point)

● Prior experience in customer service, front desk, client relations, or telesales roles.

● Experience in tourism, visa services, immigration consultancy, or UAE business setup industry will be considered a strong plus point.

● Familiarity with handling customer inquiries in service-based industries.

● Experience in lead handling or CRM systems is an added advantage.

Working Hours

● Monday to Saturday

● 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

● Sunday: Weekly Off
