Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage immigration case processing while ensuring strong client engagement throughout the application journey. The role involves handling visa applications from initiation to completion, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely communication at every stage.

This is a full-time, office-based position located at Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess visa applications to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required information and supporting documents.
• Ensure documentation aligns with the requirements of various visa categories including student, visit, and work visas.
• Maintain and regularly update applicant records in internal systems and immigration processing portals.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities in a professional manner.
• Coordinate appointment bookings, biometric registrations, and interview schedules as required.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients throughout the process.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain confidential records in an organized manner for internal audits and operational tracking.
• Assist senior staff with reporting, coordination, and administrative support tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, or case handling roles.
• Familiarity with student, visitor, and work visa processes will be an advantage.
• Strong command of MS Office and online application/CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
