Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Department: Sales

CTC : negotiable

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Role Overview:

The CRE will be responsible for onboarding new dealers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of new products in the assigned region for the 2-Wheeler (2W) business.

Key Responsibilities:

● Dealer Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers in the assigned territory.

● Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and dealers.

● Sales of New Products: Actively promote and sell new products to customers and channel partners.

● Support & Coordination: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

● Market Awareness: Gather feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

● Reporting: Maintain updated records of dealers, customers, and sales activities in CRM / reporting tools. Skills & Competencies:

● Strong communication & interpersonal skills

● Ability to build trust and long-term relationships

● Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills

● Problem-solving and customer service approach

● Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets

● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Qualification & Experience:

● Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

● 1–3 years of experience in dealer management, customer relationship, or sales (preferably in Automobile / EV / 2W sector)

● Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage

Note : Traveling to multiple locations mandatory as required within the above mentioned regions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
