Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries through online channels such as calls, chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and escalations professionally.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and support teams for smooth operations.
  • Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Achieve customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or online sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
  • Customer-focused attitude with a sales-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
