Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through online channels such as calls, chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns and digital platforms.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or online sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
- Customer-focused attitude with a sales-oriented mindset
