Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, support fintech services, and enhance customer experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, and email
- Support onboarding, KYC processes, and transactions
- Educate customers on digital financial products and services
- Resolve queries and complaints within defined timelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
- Meet assigned KPIs and productivity targets
- Support sales initiatives through cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service (fresh graduates can be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and financial services
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Familiarity with fintech, banking, or telecom sectors
- Ability to work with CRM tools
- Sales or customer engagement experience is a plus
