Customer Relationship Executive – Fintech (Omani Nationals)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, support fintech services, and enhance customer experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, and email
  • Support onboarding, KYC processes, and transactions
  • Educate customers on digital financial products and services
  • Resolve queries and complaints within defined timelines
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
  • Meet assigned KPIs and productivity targets
  • Support sales initiatives through cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service (fresh graduates can be considered)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and financial services

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or telecom sectors
  • Ability to work with CRM tools
  • Sales or customer engagement experience is a plus
