is looking for a candidate to manage and execute the customer lifecycle journey for its fitness services & fitness products divisions. The candidate should have hands-on as well as strategic experience of handling different aspects of CRM marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:-

Manage the customer lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies across customer cohorts for the services & the products business

Execute
CRM campaigns
across
Push/SMS/Email/WhatsApp/In-app
and
Web channels
-
Identify different customer personas, create relevant customer cohorts and strategies to target these customers effectively across channels.

Own the reporting & analysis of all the campaigns across the channels
-
Drive all marketing automation and work with the product/tech teams on initiatives to develop and execute user journeys from
onboarding to retention
-
Be the Customer Lifecycle expert within the company by working on lifecycle initiatives and collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver on activation & retention goals
Required Skills:-

1-3 years of experience in the growth & CRM function

Hands-on experience on Platforms like
Clevertap, MoEngage
and other
martech tools.

Experience with
data analysis
to be able to leverage tools like Metabase to come up with insights & run experiments.

Excellent communications skills
to drive recommendations,
articulate trade-offs
, and communicate plans to different stakeholders & teams
-
The ability to produce
creative copies
is desirable, but
not essential
