Customer Relationship Management Manager

Job Summary:

Ayana Properties is seeking a talented Developer with strong real estate experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining digital tools, applications, and systems that enhance our property sales, marketing, and customer experience operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for Ayana Properties.
• Enhance existing company platforms, including CRM systems, sales dashboards, and property management tools.
• Build and integrate APIs, real estate portals, and backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, property consultants, and management teams to understand business needs.
• Create tools for lead management, property listings automation, customer journey tracking, and sales process optimization.
• Ensure all platforms are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
• Prepare documentation, system workflows, and training materials for internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in property technology (PropTech).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of development experience, preferably full-stack.
• Mandatory experience in the real estate industry (Dubai real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React / Angular / Vue
• PHP / Node.js / Python
• SQL and database management
• Experience integrating and customizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Property Finder CRM).
• Solid understanding of real estate sales cycles, property listings, leads, and operations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• UI/UX design knowledge
• Experience with real estate ERP or PropTech platforms
• Knowledge of cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools
