Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Computer Administration or a related field.

Relevant certifications in marketing automation or CRM platforms

Minimum of 3 – 6 years prior experience working in a higher education or student-focused environment is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that guide prospective students through the academic enquiry and admissions journey.
-
Manage campaigns across multiple channels—email, web, and social media—using automation tools to maintain relevance and consistency.

Collaborate with content, admissions, and digital teams to tailor messaging for specific student segments, geographies, and academic programs.
-
Monitor lead behaviour such as email engagement, website activity, and resource downloads to identify high-intent leads for timely follow-up.

Design, test and optimise landing pages, email templates, and forms to boost conversion rates and audience engagement.

Utilise platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar to build lead nurturing workflows, implement lead scoring models, and maintain accurate segmentation.

Analyse campaign performance and report key insights to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.

Stay informed on CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing trends to ensure MAHE remains digitally progressive.
Required Skills and Competencies

Proven experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, or CRM-based communication strategies—preferably in the education sector.

Hands-on proficiency with tools such as
HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
.

Strong understanding of email marketing workflows, lead segmentation, and lifecycle engagement strategies.

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics to refine targeting and messaging.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Familiarity with SEO practices and content optimisation is an added advantage.
